They have done this by using the Principled Negotiation method which is the best method to negotiate sustainably. This method steers clear from suggesting the use of tricky tactics. They do a great job in providing a simple and powerful formula which can be applied to situations in everyday life.
This is one of those books that I recommend to anyone and everyone due to how applicable it is. Especially to those who work in engineering, law, sales, management, own a business, or make deals. Others who often give in when negotiating seems impossible should read this book. If you don't know how to reason with certain people, you should read this book. If you ever feel like you have been ripped off and didn't know what to do, read this book.
